All rooms are a two-night stay minimum to better help our guests to unwind and enjoy everything that the Homestead has to offer. Please give us 24 hours notice to make sure that we have everything ready for your vacation.
Host your family "glamping get-togethers", group retreats, or church and school camps in the Bunkhouse cabins. Or bring your own tent or RV.
Or for a small donation, you can bring your family for a day trip to our museum quality frontier village, enjoy a dip in the pool and make sure to stop at the Mercantile for local consigned goods.
Amongst the ruggedness and beauty of our Nebraska badlands, you can rejuvenate your spirit through a wide variety of activities that are only limited by your imagination.

We are located off of miles of dirt roads, and although well maintained by the county, they can be slick when wet. Please make sure you are driving a vehicle that can reach us.

We have an amazing view of the Nebraska Badlands and are only 3 miles from the Hudson-Meng bison kill site.

If you are looking for a fun time with the kiddos, then you are more than welcome to go exploring on our 40 acres during your stay.
Our beautiful homestead backs up to the Oglala National Grasslands.
Families, groups, and folks of all ages will enjoy exploring all we have to offer. Not to mention that when the sky is clear, and the sun goes down we have a front-row seat to one of the greatest views of the heavens that you have ever seen.
