    Here at High Plains Homestead, we aim to make booking your group's as easy as possible. If you would like to book our entire facility for your next church camp, family reunion, fossil hunting group, wedding, or any other get-together, please call us at 1-308-665-2592, and we can make the arrangements for you. 

   You would have exclusive use of the entire facility and be able to house up to 32 people in beds (linen fees apply) and use the RV/campsites. We will set it up as you requested. Newlyweds would have one extra night in the Honeymoon Homesteader room free! If RV/campsites are not needed, RV's and campers not in your group would only be allowed with your permission.

We offer three rates depending on the length of your visit:

For 1-3 nights- $700 plus tax per night's stay (linen service not included) 

For 4-6 nights- $680 plus tax per night's stay (linen service not included) 

For 7 or more nights- $610 plus tax per night's stay (linen service not included) 


A $400 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Reservation is subject to room availability.

Individual building rental for Saloon and Schoolhouse (day use); $50.00 per building per day, due at reservation, non-refundable, and subject to availability. 10:00 am-4:00 pm. These can seat between 10 to 30 people. The buildings will be closed to other guests and set up per your needs. You are responsible for your own decorating. Tables/chairs above what is available on site will be your responsibility. Please have the buildings returned to pre-event condition at the end of the event schedule/day. These rooms are included in the exclusive use fee.

A 30-day notice of cancellation is required for all group bookings.
