What a day! We were blessed to have a great turn out and beautiful weather. Caleb's Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches were a big hit. There was fun and photos with the honorary Mayor and First Lady, and wonderful music from the gospel band"Hands of Sion" and Cowboy Church. There was a nice selection of local consignment goods to check out in the Mercantile, so if your in the area come out and shop. We are excited to get the season started and hope to see many of you out here for the day, the week or longer. Caleb is still planing a June 1 opening date and Prime Rib is will make a wonderful opening dinner. We'll let you about reservations soon.
